Provided project management services for the replacement of pole mounted transformers to pad mount transformers within a Housing Development Community.

- Daily Inspections
- Project reporting
- Project Closeout

Repair of Culinary Arts Building & Exterior Facilities
Owner – St. Croix Farmers In Action (FIA) [July 2024 – Present]
Projects Included:
- Develop Scope of Work and Request for Proposal for bid advertisement
- Bid evaluation, contractor selection
- Project schedule, site inspection, project meetings and reporting
- Payment tracking and approval
- FEMA funded: Coordination and reporting to grant manager

Duties Included:
Provide project management services for the interior buildout of a medical simulation center at the University of the Virgin Islands. These duties include but not limited to:
- Facilitate project meetings between owner, architect, and contractor
- Provide inspection services to include reports
- Track project schedule
- Approve progress payments by contractor
- Provide solutions on ways to improve schedule and/or cost of project
- Manage overall aspects of the project

- Assist General Contractor with Construction Management Services.
- Develop and track project schedule
- Develop on control Project Management Information System (PMIS)
- Produce Submittals and Request for Information documents
- Conduct project update meetings and site visits with Owner, inspectors, and architects
