Elisa Sanchez

Elisa Sanchez, PE, PMP, the principal Project Manager, is a Professional Civil Engineer with over 20 years of Project Management experience in construction. Her experience ranges from office renovations, waterline installations, communication duct bank installation, drainage design, hospital facilities, to include multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. Her responsibilities include but not limited to engagement with all Stakeholders, development of the project plan, scope of work development, and ensuring all levels of managing a project are met from Inception to Closure. Ms. Sanchez prides herself on making sure that communication is of high standard and all deliverables are met. She also has a keen eye for controlling schedule and cost by suggesting valuable recommendations. It is also important to keep track of lessons learned throughout a project, therefore Ms. Sanchez ensures that improvements/issues are documented regularly. The goal is to turn over the final product to owner as intended while controlling cost and schedule to keep within budgetary constraints.
